My first time using home health and this place isn't the one for me . Sending nurses to my home to teach me how to use a machine in which they had no knowledge themselves. My first nurse made a mistake Everytime !🙄This place is unprofessional, rude , no empathy for the patient . I am and will alway's be disappointed in this place if i could give them no stars i would .
I have been using Bayada home health care for wound care in my home for a few weeks now. I have to say the nurse that comes most often (Angie) is incredible. She is kind, answers all questions and goes above and beyond if needed. She is also a really good nurse. She really helps make this rather crappy situation much better. Thanks!
