The Bayada staff were so helpful and respectful when caring for the patient in their care. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable and they made sure the patient’s understood everything by putting it in terms they could understand. From the Nurse, to the OT, PT’s, HHA and even the office staff everything was very well taken care of from day one to the day of discharge.
Bayada home care provided excellent physical therapy, occupational therapy, and skilled nursing services after my fathers knee replacement. The staff members were respectful, caring, and really took their time and answered all of our questions. If I could give 10 stars I would!
I have used Bayada Home Health several times now and each time they have been nothing but helpful and friendly. They were always clear about what the plan of action was and they made sure I understood and I was feeling better and was back on my feet in no time. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs in home PT, OT, Nursing or even aide services.
Stay away, very rude and lackluster staff. You can only imagine the care quality they provide to patients.
