Honestly shocked to see such a low average as they were incredibly helpful to me. I had back surgery on the 15th was very sore and could barely move. Kiran came and went over some basic intro movements for me, was very thorough, knowledgeable and is a real gentleman. I was then visited by Chelsea for my next 3 appointments. I think she is a superstar and should be valued as a great asset to the company, Showed me the exercises that I need to do daily and by golly they work! OMG this company is just milking the health care system. On June 30, 2025 they sent this lady Julie to my house to change my dressing on my back I had just had surgery. When she came she didn't have any supplies, saying the company doesn't have any, she also didn't know what to do. It took her 30 minutes to put a couple of my band- aid which I didn't know that she were using on my surgery. When she wasn't supposed to had been putting them on. She was supposed to take off the gauze that the doctor had put on, clean the womb, ... read more
I like the home maker that Bayada sent me . When here car broke down. I was without help for 2 weeks. As it turns out her car is can not be repad. So again I been without services for 2 weeks. They never call back. I've asked why there was no replacement house keeper. They were going to call me back with info. That was a week ago. What the hack is with this company. I had shoulder replacement surgery at the end of December of '21. I still have issues with lifting anything over 2 lbs. So where is the help?
