I needed physical treatment at home. they declared to the insurance 4 visits that they made in two days. One day two nurses came an hour away to do the same thing: to take my temperature and blood pressure instead of doing my physical treatment. the next week they did exactly the same. I canceled everything with them. they demanded $ 550 from my health insurance and another $ 150 co-payment. be careful who you turn to for medical services. they were recommended to me by honorhealth and I trusted, very wrong
I can't say enough great things about the excellent care my 82 year old grandma received from Bayada's nursing and physical therapy team after a fall that resulted in a hip fracture. They were compassionate, communicative, reliable and positive. Because of their amazing care, she has regained her strength, confidence, and most importantly she's able to do the activities that make her happy again.
Very thinly staffed in many parts of the Phoenix area, so if a nurse is out for any reason, they have to scramble to find a replacement for them. Not reliable.
The best company I have ever worked for HANDS DOWN! They earnestly desire the best outcomes for their patients even if that means losing money all the while honoring their employees’ time and energy. They really live their Mission Statement and although I don’t work there anymore if anyone asks about Home health needs I always recommend Bayada.
