My mom was in the hospital and about to be discharged. They threw so much information at me and I had no idea what to do. I called around on the giant list they gave me for home healths. When I called the Bayada office I had so many questions. Corvi was so kind and patient answering the seemingly endlessly amount of questions I had. This company is extremely unorganized. Poor communication and planning creates issues with getting care in a timely manner or within timeframe stated by referrals while recovering from surgery. Another peeve of mine is the fact that as a patient you’re NEVER given an exact time for appointments. You’re always given a timeframe of when they’ll be visiting ( eg between 11 and 12 or between 0530 and 0700). I needed physical treatment at home. they declared to the insurance 4 visits that they made in two days. One day two nurses came an hour away to do the same thing: to take my temperature and blood pressure instead of doing my physical treatment. the next week they did exactly the same. I canceled everything with them. they demanded $ 550 from my health insurance and another $ 150 co-payment. be careful who you turn to for medical services. they were recommended to me by honorhealth and I trusted, very wrong
