Trying to get someone scheduled to help my 93 yr old uncle who is home from rehab after a partial hip replacement bathe has been difficult. If I need this service again I will look for a home health care outfit that has home aides on staff. Bayada uses it's nurses for this & will tell you 'we're coming on Tues' & then no one calls or comes for that purpose...they've sent them somewhere else they deem 'more urgent'. Not satisfied at all...
