Lied to me about their abilities. Ignored text messages, gave false information and then left us to go to the ER. Put my life in danger with their indecision. They are not just bad, they are willfully negligent and they DO NOT CARE. And then they called Duke Urology and lied about us to them making this whole situation worse on all fronts. Each and every time my family utilizes them, they have been nothing but stellar. My mom had a medical emergency during Oxcupational therapy and the therapist instantly went into life-saving procedures and was a total rockstar tending to my mom until EMS arrived while also being caring and compassionate to me and my frayed nerves.
This company was added as a provider for my mother's care after hip surgery, and their care was amazing! Very nice physical therapists who were on time, kind, knowledgeable, and provided good feedback. I would highly recommend them to others.
This company can not consistently supply nurses and frequently the nurses show up very tardy and sometimes cancel at the last minute. Management completely untrust worthy and will try to appease you with untruthful information.
