If it wasn't for a couple of the home health aids who were able to accomplish what they were hired for, and for the Director who did so much to try to help with all the issues....I would be giving Bayada 1 star. They have illegal billing practices and they would not send their invoices to me until AFTER they charged my card. JUST TODAY I was able to see the invoices via email!
