My mom had a caregiver that would take my mom out and go do her own errands. Then the caregiver would tell me my mom is saying that we never let her go outside or do things. **there should be a zero star rating, or better yet a negative star rating** "Supposed to" provide care for my mother in law, emphasis on the "supposed to" However every other client is more important than her, when staff calls in, there is no replacement staff, on the rare occasion there is a replacement it is not for entire scheduled shift, nor any "make-up hours" or staff just does not show up. so other arrangements have to be made, such as my wife not being able to uphold her obligations to her job or having to reschedul... read more
