The nurses at Bayada are a joy to work with. I have found them to be the most caring professionals and dedicated to their patients. If I ever need home health, I will ask for them. I am sorry to see that out of all the good work they do they have received such a negative review so I wanted to speak up. I am sorry when anyone receives care that they are disappointed with so I don't discredit someone's experience. I would just like to say from my interactions with this company, they are stellar.
Don't use this company. It's organized confusion. And don't use their physical therapy guy. We've been to 8 different physical therapists and their guy was the most arrogant, lazy, overweight, overbearing, jerk. The company rarely keeps a sheduled appointment and is constantly calling late or out completely. If I could have given them a negative 10, I would have.
