Very saddened to have to retract my positive review of your organization. They have MAJOR issues gaining cases for hours they can not commit to. My mother needs someone from 7 to 9 every morning and whenever the girl calls, they never have a back up. They end up calling and saying that it doesn’t look promising to fulfill hours that Medicaid/Medicare is paying them for. It is now 3 1/2 hours after the shift, and my Mom is still waiting.
