Bayada reconoce nuestro trabajo lo valoriza, nos disciplina nos corrige, no defiende, cuando tienen que hacerlo, vive pendiente a nosotras. la mayoría de los pacientes y familiares no valoran nuestro trabajo no tratan mal, no hablan mal, quieren que seamos empleada doméstica, quieren que nosotras hagan cosas que no están en el plan de cuidado, Creen que somos de su propiedad, ojalá que algún día entiendan que nosotras nos merecemos otro tipo de trato, somos una ayuda no un objeto.Yo me siento bien en Bayada por eso es perman... read more

Very saddened to have to retract my positive review of your organization. They have MAJOR issues gaining cases for hours they can not commit to. My mother needs someone from 7 to 9 every morning and whenever the girl calls, they never have a back up. They end up calling and saying that it doesn’t look promising to fulfill hours that Medicaid/Medicare is paying them for. It is now 3 1/2 hours after the shift, and my Mom is still waiting. I wish there was a way to report this to Medicaid/Medicare. It would be good for them to ... read more
