Working as a PCA (Home Health Aid) for Bayada, I can emphatically say that I think this is a Terrific program for clients and employees alike! The opportunity to provide in-home personal care at a professional level, but one that is also deeply meaningful and connected is profoundly rewarding. I find clients to be inspirational every day in how they overcome obstacles and adapt to their circumstances in the best way possible. Providing in-home care enables clients to continue to live their lives with companionship, purpose, ... read more

Absolutely the worst home health company I have ever dealt with. Bayada in Albemarle is very unprofessional, has the worst communication, and does not care about their clients or their families. I have PCS services with them for my dad and I have had to take more days off work to care for him than days they have actually sent me an aid to be there with him. They are the worst company you could ever work for. Needless to say, everything started off great including the broken promises. They will do things behind your back and when you confront them, they have nothing to say. You can work your tail off and they are unappreciative. If anything ever happens, just know as a former employee, Bayada does not have your side. It’ll always be you against them and whoever else. If they promised you and your loved ones that they have coverage, they are impulsively lying!!! No mileage reimbu... read more

Wouldn’t suggest this company if you don’t have a back up option for your loved one, they never have anyone to cover the shifts so you have to miss work to take care of your loved ones, they lie about having coverage and when they do have coverage most of them are lazy as hell and just want to sit on your couch and eat snacks with no punishment from bayada
