I used to work as a CNA I was always treated right and given plenty of cases when working there. I enjoyed taking care of my clients. As far as not enough aides, very few places of employment have enough workers. I enjoyed the thoughtful things the people I worked for in the office did.
They are horrible with communication. They rarely call you to inform you of call outs or schedule changes. I usually had to call them myself. They also barely have any aids, claiming they haven't hired new people. I went without aids for days to weeks at a time.
