I have used several home nursing agencies for my parents and my disabled son who requires a ventilator. Never has one gone so out of the way to make sure we had the right nurses come to the home. The nurses were the most experienced I have dealt with in 25 years. The management team is extremely helpful and made sure all of our needs were taken care of.

I have been using Bayada pediatrics for about 9 months now. They are very friendly, caring and knowledgeable, but are lousy at covering their weekend shifts. I have 14 weekend shifts per calendar. It took them 6 months before they completely covered one week. We have been with them for 9 months now, and my last calendar had 6 open shifts on the weekend, and my current calendar has 11 open shifts on the weekend. The cult-like “Bayada Way" is all about service excellence, compassion, quality etc. They show a very convincing video of CEO, Mark Baida, almost in tears letting everyone know how important it is that the patients come first. He is so choked up with pride that his wife, who he met in the company, has to speak for him. Cute video. They talk about how they first met at the company, back in the day. Don't use them ever!! After one year of Bayada, I said enough. They tell you upfront they don't have 100% show up rate and they mean it. The problem is, they don't let you know. you let them know no one showed up. This isn't a good system. It's not occasional it's a few times a month. The office staff is not nice at all, they act like they are in different offices but they are all in the same little room. i was there few weeks ago,and really loved the food the atmosphere.i believe in this area it is one of the best places to get this kinda food from ,i have to mention that the service was very good too...i could be reached..bchamack@yahoo.com..
