The cult-like “Bayada Way" is all about service excellence, compassion, quality etc. They show a very convincing video of CEO, Mark Baida, almost in tears letting everyone know how important it is that the patients come first. He is so choked up with pride that his wife, who he met in the company, has to speak for him. Cute video. They talk about how they first met at the company, back in the day.
