Extremely unprofessional and poor service. The staff constantly miscommunicates and lies and tries to manipulate people down until you can’t even remember why you started communicating with them. They will waste your time and energy and still continue to behave in the most nasty manner. I am disgusted.
They are very attentive and responsive. We have had previous experience with other agencies and Bayada is outstanding compared to them.
I have screenshots of a person by the name of Sapna Bhatt On Facebook. Apparently works for this company and bad mouths people with mental disorders online. She also had another comment about threatening her husband with violence if he “acted out” his disorder. Not very professional and would never want care from a person like this.

The team at Bayada are fantastic. We have used them for 24hr care for more than 3 years and are extremely grateful for the wonderful aides. Safety-focused, compassionate, knowledgeable and kind-everyone is amazing.
