When my aunt needed help in her home Bayada was fast, affordable, and provided excellent customer service. I am so relieved to have someone we can trust taking care of our family.
No patient aid
Showed up late most of the time. Often left the food just sitting on the counter and left. Spent most of the time there on their iPads. When my grandma asked for help they ignored her. Then they reported us because their aid never showed. Do not use this company. Lied to us about trying to give her a shower. By the way Bayada we have cameras we can see and hear what you are or are not doing.
