Bayada is a very nice company. Most of the staff entering our home are trained and given opportunity to decide if they are willing to take the case. Reviews are not fair and who knows if they are real. So I won't put our family's personal experience but I will say this... Dedicated qnd experienced LPNs and RNs are desperately needed for homecare! Great company to work with as a nurse so unfortunate the office close to me is Hauppauge, NY I felt this office treat me in a retaliative way just for removing myself from a case (keep me out of work for more than a month). I know isn’t bayada way I should report to cooperate office but I didn’t. After years working with different Bayada offices i can tell you most of them are wonderful like Garden City, Manhattan office team member.
