I have left about 5 voicemails and sent 4 emails. No answers. I just want to pay my HOA..
Currently a resident where Bay West is apparently looking after the community. After my roommate and I sent off application for residents permits for our vehicles we waited over 9 weeks and have not received any, nor have we received any explanation as to why we have not received them. Phone calls went unanswered and unreturned. I myself ended up with a parking ticket note with absolutely no explanation as to why I received it.
