****BEWARE**** if I could give them a negitive star review I would . This place is the worst in the world. They want you to do autopay. The reason is so they can juggle your money . 3 times this year so far. My unit is due on the 23rd of the month yet 3 times this year they have taken it out of my bank as early as the 10th or the 11th than still take it out on the 23rd. Teresa is absolutely wonderful. She took time outside of business hours to assist me and went above and beyond. My storage needs changed and she was right on top of everything to help and make sure that I was taken care of.
I started renting a unit with bay-Waveland storage with no problems. They have been changed to heritage storage. I now am having problems with heritage storage. My account has autopay. They have taken out my payment 8 days before the payment date. They didn’t credit my bank account back. Now they have taken out another payment on the actual due date. I was cursed at by a man, while I was trying to rent a storage unit. VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I have a unit, And was trying to rent a second one. Looks like I'll be looking for a new place!
It's awful. Owner lives in Hattiesburg. If you have issues,its days before they can resolve. Etc. Def not worth the price
