Most of the time the machines won’t take cash or even work. Used to be a great car wash but has steadily declined over the past year.

Went to self service bay to wash my car.....not enough pressure to remove the dirt. Very disappointed. Spent $3 for 20 seconds of a crappy car wash. Shut it off and went down the street and got it done for $2. Lesson learned. No one to answer the phone to get a refund or to let them know. Wont be back.

I asked for the $10 “Great Wash,” soft cloth car wash. The tri-color soap started as soon as I went through the bay, but had to reposition the car because there was no audible notification of being too close or too far to the desired position. The overhead soft cloth machine looked as if the battery was low and barely moving. The side soft cloth did not wash the entire rear of my car. Paid $12 for the premium wash and had to pay an extra $1 to have it DRY my car?!? Not worth it.

Great employees!! Always courteous and do an excellent job prepping my car!!
