I paid and it wouldn't start my wash and when I tried to call the helpline number that was provided, it went straight to voicemail and the mailbox was full so now I'm out 9$.

Automatic wash failed to operate properly and so did the vending machines when I called to ask for help they ignored me a called back each day and it’s been about 3 weeks I’ll be serving court papers as soon as this week if it is not situated

It was out of soap or something because it didn’t spray nothing just dribbled some water over the car then ran the brushes on the car and because it didn’t have any soap or water on it stopped the brushes from spinning. I had to let it run its course before I could get out. I tried calling to let them know and to get what I paid for but the phone number was no longer in service. So that was 12 $ down the toilet. So use it at your own risk.

I paid $17 for the automatic Super Wash, pulled in until the light said stop.... The first cycle started and the sprayers and brushes made a could trips back and forth.. And it has been approximately 90 seconds since the wash began. When the brushes made it to the back of the car, they abruptly stopped moving. Seconds after the entire light unit went off.
