I paid $17 for the automatic Super Wash, pulled in until the light said stop.... The first cycle started and the sprayers and brushes made a could trips back and forth.. And it has been approximately 90 seconds since the wash began. When the brushes made it to the back of the car, they abruptly stopped moving. Seconds after the entire light unit went off. Paid for a car wash. Bay was empty, but gate wouldn’t come up. Tried calling the number, it said to leave a message but the mail box was full. I lost $17 and it also never printed the receipt I asked for.
