Great place to live, good security devices in place, don’t care for the vip trash pickup that’s 30 extra a month by the way. It’s close to downtown and the beach been here going on 3 years and best apartment I’ve been in corpus area.

Do NOT live at Bay Vista Pointe. You won’t be able to get into your own apartment because the access gates at every entrance will be down. This is so dangerous. As a single woman, often at night when I’m getting home, I have to wonder around the complex trying all doors until someone sees me and let’s me in and/or I find one that happens to be working. There is no rhyme or reason to it. This has been an ongoing hazard since I moved in last fall and the management office cannot fix it. How is this legal?
