Horrible to rent from.... that care absolutely nothing about there tenants.....my unit has mold and mildew , but they expect me and my wife to continue living there. They never ever admit to any of there negligence. If and when they do offer to compensate you, it's a total insult. They've walked in on my wife in the shower, with no notice to enter our unit..... they've also placed my BBQ grill, patio furniture and anything else on my patio in the middle of my living room, with no notice for entry. Great place to move into, I moved here about a year ago and can say I really found my home. The property manager is great, very nice, caring and is the all time best

Colonial Court was the first apartment my husband and I lived at upon our move to Milwaukee. We absolutely loved living there! We had a beautiful newly remodeled kitchen. The apartment was very nice and in a very nice neighborhood across from Estabrook Park. The staff is amazing and maintenance was always attentive.
Contacted Karen Balfour several times regarding units she had listed at the Mayan and Leland Tower. She stated on the posting that they were available now. After speaking with her, it turns out they weren't available at all. She said to contact her again in a couple months to see if something becomes available. Not sure why she would post a listing and say it's available now when it's not true.
Love living here in the heart of beautiful downtown Aurora.
