I typically look for force free/fear free vets and this is NOT that place. I needed to find a vet somewhat last minute so I really appreciate that they were able to get me in on short notice, and with evening hours. However, every step of the process felt unnecessarily rough and impatient-- despite the cost to this being my dog's well-being. Wonderful vet and staff. We continued to have them as Einstein's vet even after we moved to Solon (that is how fantastic they are)!
After our vet told us that we couldn't be seen, we found Bay Village Animal Clinic to be TOP NOTCH. Everybody there is GREAT. I'm so happy we found these guys and I'm SO GLAD we told our other vet to buzz off. They took the time, answered the questions and went above and beyond for us. If you don't go here, you should.
Had a very sick dog and the doc and her staff did everything possible to find a way to make her well. Their compassion and the time they took helped us through a very difficult time. Very very grateful.
