Update – December 19 In my experience as a resident, we continue to have serious parking issues. It has been almost a year since the main garage at 1805 was supposedly under repair, and to this day it has not been completed, with no clear indication of when it will be. Since I have lived here, balcony repairs have been ongoing for more than seven months. If I can give negative stars I would. I’ve been living here since may of this year and my car has gotten towed twice. I don’t have access to my balcony, no access to gym, and no access to parking as it’s being “remodeled”. I have to park in the entrance or just look for parking. I get out of work sometimes at 11pm and then have to drive around for 20-25 minutes looking for parking. I parked in the entrance of the apartment and my car got towed today. This has been the worst decision of my life. The worst place to move to has been this one. I’m still living here because I truly thought things would change. They started fixing the building’s garage and balconies at the same time, and after 11 p.m. there are no available parking spaces. You have to leave your car somewhere around, and on two occasions they tried to tow it—even though the parking attendant himself told us where to park.
