I am the neighbor. This place makes all kinds of noise 24/7. Especially in summer and at night. Their AC and laundry machines are so old. They are running they make the sharp noises no one can sleeps. The management was so bad. They ignored everything. I am sure they are earning a lot. I have been dealing with them since 2023. They only care about how much they receive not others.

I AM A PHYSICIAN. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. THE STAFF DOES NOT HAVE CURRENT TRAINING/QUALIFICATIONS/MEDICAL LICENSES. SOME ARE UNQUALIFIED TO DO THE JOBS/DESKS THEY ARE SITTING AT. MOST OF THEM WILL LIE ABOUT THEIR TITLE. WATCH OUT OVER THE PHONE AS THEY WILL GIVE YOU THEIR FALSE INFORMATION. IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY MEMBER AT THIS FACILITY, IT MIGHT BE BETTER TO VISIT IN PERSON AS MOST OF THE STAFF LEAVES MOST OF THE PATIENTS WANDERING UNATTENDED. I've been treated well during my stay here. I received mycovid vaccination shots and I'm doing better now. I hope to be able to leave soon maybe where I resided before I came her to the Mentone Hotel in San Francisco California
