I AM A PHYSICIAN. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. THE STAFF DOES NOT HAVE CURRENT TRAINING/QUALIFICATIONS/MEDICAL LICENSES. SOME ARE UNQUALIFIED TO DO THE JOBS/DESKS THEY ARE SITTING AT. MOST OF THEM WILL LIE ABOUT THEIR TITLE. WATCH OUT OVER THE PHONE AS THEY WILL GIVE YOU THEIR FALSE INFORMATION. IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY MEMBER AT THIS FACILITY, IT MIGHT BE BETTER TO VISIT IN PERSON AS MOST OF THE STAFF LEAVES MOST OF THE PATIENTS WANDERING UNATTENDED. I've been treated well during my stay here. I received mycovid vaccination shots and I'm doing better now. I hope to be able to leave soon maybe where I resided before I came her to the Mentone Hotel in San Francisco California

I was forced to put my mother here, my mom was made worse when they restricted food, fluids and never change her waste bag that she had to have due to a bowl blockage, they took her off her lasix that she needed to keep fluid off her heart due to heart failure, her ankles and feet blew up like balloons, that alone made her fail faster. She told me the dr. eng never looked in on her and she told me she felt like she was dying so i told them to call for an ambulance and get her out of there now, they tried holding her hostage ... read more
