I've been treated well during my stay here. I received mycovid vaccination shots and I'm doing better now. I hope to be able to leave soon maybe where I resided before I came her to the Mentone Hotel in San Francisco California

I was forced to put my mother here, my mom was made worse when they restricted food, fluids and never change her waste bag that she had to have due to a bowl blockage, they took her off her lasix that she needed to keep fluid off her heart due to heart failure, her ankles and feet blew up like balloons, that alone made her fail faster. She told me the dr. eng never looked in on her and she told me she felt like she was dying so i told them to call for an ambulance and get her out of there now, they tried holding her hostage ... read more

Had an absolute nightmare trying to get a hold of a loved one at this facility. The staff was very unprofessional answering phones and gave a lot of attitude. One particular staff member, Eugene, was especially rude and condescending on the phone. The lack of professionalism is honesty scary. Ella and Deeta were very rude. Ella hung up on use twice cause she didn’t feel like dealing with getting us connected to our loved one.
