Muy lindo edificio de lofts , con roof-top , y gran vista a la bahía y al Downtown Miami . En una zona muy tranquila y muy buena ubicación
Badly run building with a lot of issues. When it rains hard, water comes under front door from poorly designed semi-circle outdoor entryway with subpar drainage. The unit designs are also so strange. I was on the lower level and could hear so many sounds/echoes from the disrespectful upstairs neighbor. Entry gate works about half the time and other time its just open to you're not getting a very secure building. Pool is not well maintained - all furniture is old and broken.
