I recently started going back to bay view boot camp after having my 3rd kid. It’s an awesome atmosphere with a great group of people. The instructors (Laura, Tara and Darlene) help you tailor the workouts to your capabilities, so especially for me coming back from having a baby, it’s never been too daunting. When going while pregnant as well, they have always been conscious of what movements and weights were safe. Highly recommend!

Laura and her team sincerely enjoy what they do, setting the tone for the group. Every workout is challenging and different, the scenery on the bay makes showing up a joy, and the folks you work out with make for a team focused approach to getting your heart rate up and building muscle. I leave sweaty and smiling every time!
