Should be called the "Too Close for Comfort Inn". No noise barriers between floors, excessive smoking which permeates other apartments. They rented a lower unit to a grandma and her 16 year old granddaughter and her 18 year old boyfriend. Smoked dope 24/7. So much for 55 and up living. Thats just one example. Outdated broke down appliances, chronic heating and air conditioning problems. My heat was out 2x this past winter. The 1st time 3 days, 2nd time 4 days. Why so long? No smoking that's a joke they don't do anything. Starting this year you will have to pay to have stuff fixed according to what it is. I've called for 2 things to be fixed it took them until the next day to answer me one was a leak in kitchen I should of let it go wherever took 3 days to fix. No dishwasher or garbage disposal either. If you're on the second floor with a fire better hope you can get to the stairs because no balcony or exit except front door only. Great clubhouse , friendly helpful office staff and maintenance staff during the week. Weekend help is terrible. Good neighbors who are very friendly. Freedom to grow a small flower and herb garden . Heat included in rent , rent fairly reasonable . Apartment small but open so it feels bigger . Nice courtyard . Small to medium sized pets allowed with deposit .
