Great All Around Store! My grandfather shopped there, my dad bought his first woodworking machine there, I bought tools there, and now I even work there. Bay Verte has been around for almost 100 years and is not only family owned, but has the ability to match even Amazon's prices. They also have a repair center that can warranty service more brands than any other retailer in the area. Be critical of the negative reviews you see. Nice store and selection until find that their sold out of the tool you want for a job. Go some where else that hopefully has more than one or two tools of any particular model!
Brought my Ridgid "Lifetime Warrenty" Tool in and it took them 1 Week and $18.00 to tell me that I didnt have all the warrenty information. Seems like they could have told me that when I brought it in and saved me the week and the 45 min trip from Oshkosh & $18.00. So I walked out with my dead "Lifetime" Batteries and my Charger & Tool. Will never shop here again!
Expert advice, fair prices and knowledgeable technicians. Provide me an estimate and saved me money over a new tool. Salesmen saved me money on supplies for shop and jobs!! Willing to help me save money would suggest working with them anytime!
