do u like to feel like crazy while living here, do u wajt to pay a lot for consumers?! do u want to have loud neighbors, and pay for half a load of laundry. do you also want to wait an hour outside after you get locked out!!! this is your place!!
Electric bill is WAY too high, $322 a month for a small one bedroom apartment. Maintenance NEVER helps out. Try to let the landlord know rent will be late due to electricity bill, and get a note saying to pay within 7 days or vacate. WTF
The landlord is a jerk. I've gotten fees when I shouldn't have them. High electric bill for no reason.

Bad place to live. They have electric heat but something has to be wrong with their electricity. I was getting billed $200 a month for a one bed room apartment with just me living there while working 11 hour days so if I was home I was sleeping and the heat never above 68. I DONT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO ANYONE!! We constantly losing powers for hours on end, the rent is too high for how small the apartments are, they don’t care if you have mold or mildew in the apartment, they never come fix what you need fixed no matter how many times you ask.
