If I could give this company zero stars I would!! G1 is infested with roaches never seen nothing like this in my life,Yes! If I could give this apartment complex 0 stars, I absolutely would. From the very beginning, it’s been nothing but problems that the management refuses to address or fix. Our air conditioning unit was broken and running 24/7 for months — regardless of whether we turned it off or not. We repeatedly reached out to the property manager, Brysan, and were completely ignored. Instead, I was told that the OWNER, Matt LaHood, wanted to "wait until winter" to address any fixes. I have lived at Baytree Ridge for 2 years. The first year was good, hardly had any issues and all my maintenance request were fixed in a timely manner. Jasmine was the leasing manager at the time and was very good at her job and responsive. My 2nd year living here, Management changed to Brysan. Ever since Management changed, maintenance also changed and barely fixed anything. Broken microwave for months , kept telling me a part had to be ordered. Management really needs to do something about the dumpster. There are always trashbags full of garbage surrounding the dumpster as well as abandoned furniture. This is a recurrent problem. Either get another dumpster or have more frequent pick ups. This is a nuisance drawing in rats and flies. I can't even open my door without 3-4 flys coming in. Please be a responsible neighbor and do something about your dumpster.
