DO NOT MOVE HERE! The pool and hot tub were rarely both working at the same time. When the pool was open, debris and dirt were visible at the bottom. The hot tub had visible deterioration, with fiberglass or another material accumulating at the bottom. At least half of the gym equipment remained inoperable for the entire year. The indoor staircase and hallways, shared by the entire building, were not cleaned during the year-long stay. Dust and dirt accumulated over time. I have nothing to say but good things to say about Bay Tree Apartments and management. I have decided to stay in my apartment another year, it is perfect and has everything I need.

My girlfriend and I are currently dealing with a horrifying situation involving Bay Tree Apartment and the resident manager. We originally reserved a 3 bedroom apartment in beginning of September. We placed a deposit down and paid the application fee. We were notified that we got approved for the apartment and were told that it would be move in ready, cleaned and prepared for our move in.
