My daughter and son-in-law bought 4 Uniroyal tires from these scam artists in May of 2017. TODAY, while driving through Texas 2 of the tires blew out. We are now stranded on the side of the highway. We called Bay Town Tires and they told me there is nothing they can do that we simply, "ran the tries flat"! What a racket! NEVER BUY TIRES FROM THESE CROOKS!
I just love this place They are the most honest people I have ever met. They don't try to sell you something you don't need. I have been going to Bay Town Tires for over 10 years.
I cannot say enough good things about Diane and all the guys at Bay Town. Being on vacation 600 miles from home and having a tire issue is a horrible feeling, but everyone at Bay Town took extra good care of me, found a replacement tire (in an unusual size) and didn't gouge me on the price. Highly recommend these great folks.
Finding a local business where professionalism and customer service are valued is a rarity these days, but these folks are prime examples of both. Anytime we need tires or tire related services, we go here without exception. Their prices are fair and they stand behind what they do. Whenever my wife or I come here it feels like we're visiting friends. Do yourself a favor and check them out the next time you need tire tires or repairs.
I have been using this company here in Panama City for quite a while, but my visit Thursday was way more awesome! No need to ever look anywhere else, Diane Price is great, that lady knows her stuff~~
