Robert showed me my options, and asked me what I wanted to do. He did not "sell" me anything. What a great experience! The quote to replace our garage door and garage door opener was very reasonable. The scheduler was friendly and customer oriented. The installation was scheduled two days after we accepted the quote. The installers arrived when we were told they would and that same day we had a beautiful garage door / opener. They cleaned up everything and made sure we were satisfied before they left. Great experience.
