As always, an outstanding experience. From the greeting at our car, to the perfect boat, to the carrying all our stuff back to the car everyone was friendly and helpful.
We had an excellent experience with Bay to Bay Boat Club! Awesome boat plus super friendly and knowledgeable staff who really took the time to make sure we were taken care of.
For several years we have rented a pontoon for our family gathering. We've added 6 grandchildren. For five wonderful hours we enjoy Lake Mtka on a great boat! Tom and his crew are so helpful. They are right there to help load and unload. Great staff and always appreciate all that Tom does to make it special!
We've been annual members since about 8 years ago when we decided we'd had enough with the pain of boat ownership and crowded launches. Owner Tom has refined the boat club experience with great customer service and new, clean boats. The young staff are always polite and competent. We've had friends as guests who have belonged to other boat clubs and they noted how Bay to Bay is run so much better. With Mason co-managing and a second location on Lake Mtka, the experience only gets better.
