We have rented pontoons from Tom and his team for several years. (Some summers more than once) Tom is a class act and provides a first class, and very professional experience. From booking the date, to walking back to your car, he and his team make things easy and enjoyable. Summer days on the lake should be fun and carefree. Rented their new large pontoon for a day on the lake for a 30th birthday surprise. The support and service we got was above anything we expected. By the time we left to dock for the day we felt very prepared on the features of the boat and the lake. Our boat even had a bathroom on it that was an added bonus! Can't say enough about the service and staff at Bay to Bay. Would definitely rent from them again!
I rented from Bay to Bay back in July for the third (or fourth) year in a row. They are always easy to work with, have excellent, clean, updated boats and the staff on site is very helpful.
Fantastic customer service - from reservation, to arrival and loading, to prep/education, to return and unloading. The best I have experienced ANYWHERE. The young people Tom has hired to work with him are top notch - friendly, pleasant, informed, eager to help, and always with a smile. The boats are super clean and well maintained. Tom, Mason, and Trey were incredibly professional and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience when we rented from them. The boat was pristine and felt new. We will definitely be repeat customers.
