This place has been a nightmare because of management. From the start to now, I have been consistently lied to about the pricing. When I first started looking for apartments, I was told rent was $299 and utilities were $15. After getting the lease, I found out utilities + internet was $57 flat rate (We do not spend $330 worth of utilities and internet a month in a six person apartment.).
