Trash staff! The attitudes are rude and terrible. They never come to work on time. Every time I’ve had an appointment there I beat the staff. They tell me to come at 7am & at 6:55 and no one is there except my ride and myself. They do not open the door until 7:20 and then proceed to rush the first patient of the day. I assume my doctor uses this location bc it’s cheap, but the quality of the care is garbage. The pain management and sedation for the surgery sucks. I was alert and aware and felt everything my doctor was doing ... read more

I had a great experience. The receptionists are professional, polite. The nurses and assistants are friendly, professional. In the prep area, I sat in a big comfortable reclining chair, they offered a nice big WARM blanket, while the nurse prepared me for surgery, IV, EKG, BP, etc... Dr. Noor came in for a discussion before the procedure. Very friendly, reassuring. I was on sedatives, the procedure was smooth. Dr. Noor spoke to me during the procedure informing me what he is doing. I had a wonderful experience. Parking is in... read more

I really wish Dr. Cheng could tighten up his staff because then it would be a overall good visit instead it was a nightmare UNTIL I actually got to talk to the doctor he was very thorough, friendly, reassuring and accurate. I appreciated the fact he was able to calm me and make me feel more at ease throughout the whole procedure that is him and the lady and man that actually go in the surgery room with u the lady was more than u can ask for she’s a Leo so that’s no surprise lol.
