Great parking. Gorgeous interior in historic building in recognized Hyde Park Tampa.
The individual rooms are well maintained and clean. Was recently back, and really appreciated the cleanliness of the property. There’s also limited noise between the sections and this is allowed for privacy when you were in one of the rooms.
My wife and I contracted Bay Street Commercial to help sell our restaurant. Mike Braccia and Scott Shimberg are the epitome of excellence. They, together with my wife and I, came up with an amazing marketing plan that created immense response and concluded with the sale of our restaurant. These two gentlemen were professional, considerate, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in buying or selling real estate or a business. You will get results and part ways with them a very happy person.
