Closed in the middle of the day when I was scheduled to pick up a Uhaul trailer. I drove over an hour to get to this storage facility, waited in the parking lot for half an hour and had to leave without my rental. Significantly affected my schedule and plans to move. Cost me time and money because they dont keep the actual posted work hours.
Well maintained & staff that live on-site who are always pleasant.
On July 9th 2024 my mom was found deceased in her car at the park and ride next door to bay storage. There are many questions we have regarding this and nobody seemed to have any answers. We noticed bay storage had at least two cameras facing the park and ride so we contacted them thinking we might get some real answers.
