Really happy with these guys from start to finish. I was scheduled on the books in a timely, reasonable manner -- it was during the height of the summer season (July 4th) and the crew was here in a matter of a couple of weeks. Crew (Chris and Stevie) were hard working, genuinely cared and went the extra mile in every way imaginable. Spoke with the owner (Brian) about a soft wash for our weathered shingles and stressed there was no particular rush to have it done. Still, they were at our house within 3 days off reaching out! Within an hour, the crew was done and the work looks fantastic. Even going above and beyond to wash down our decks.

This is the second time I have used Bay State Softwash and I am so happy with the results! My stone patio and other areas around my house and yard get a lot of debris and dirt over the winter and spring. The difference it makes having Brian and his crew come out and clean those areas is amazing. I highly recommend them!

I’m a repeat customer and just had Brian and Steve come out and wash and sand two patios and a walk way. These guys can make anything look brand new again. Awesome work and great people. Highly recommend.
