We had Bay State Soft Wash out to wash the outside of our house plus the deck and walkway, they did a phenomenal job! Couldn’t be happier! Crew was nice, job was done quickly and the cost was reasonable.

What pleased us most was excellent communication with Steve-- initial, quote/appraisal, scheduling and day-of. While material was carefully handled, some situations could have benefited using protective equipment. Otherwise I found the team worked safely and efficiently. Net cost was ~$0.34/sq ft .

We had a great experience with this company. We were in need of an emergency service to clean an entire asphalt driveway that had a significant amount of hydraulic fluid & oil staining from some heavy equipment that broke down. Within 2 hours of contacting them, they were on site to provide an estimate and the next day they went right to work. Great communication, honest and completely satisfied with the work. Today we had our house washed by Bay State Soft Wash. They are awesome. We learned alot about power vs soft wash and soft wash is the way to go. They got everything clean, we're honest and friendly.
