I opened an acct but was not given the acct #. After several calls I finally got it but when trying to do online banking it did not recognize me. Called again, can’t even get a call back. Horrible service!!!
I am a fairly new customer with BSSB, but am so far very pleased. The service is exactly what you'd expect from a smaller regional bank - superior! Their online/quicken support has been heads above any company I've ever dealt with - not just bank, but company in general. I was having issues with Quicken direct connect and they stepped up and got things resolved. Nancy & Tom were not just professional but worked on my behalf to get things resolved.
