Low Price Carpeting I purchased new carpeting for a rental unit and was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism. they showed up on time and did a great job. I would recommend them in a heart beat. I worked with a woman named Joanne she was great.
Very happy When we built our house a few years ago, Baystate did all of our flooring. They were easy to work with, and the carpets and floors all look very good. We used them again this summer when we put on an addition and had another good experience.
Superior Sales Person Sure other flooring places have the same stock - but what this place has that others do not is Terry Boudreau. If you need designing help, Terry has a wonderful eye for style. No pressure at all. A delight to work with - we had fun and I think she did too!
Great business – These people are one of a kind they are very professional and treat customers with a very lot of respect and dedication. Jorge is an excellent sale associate and manager. Anthony who did my floor is a very knowledgeable person on the floors no matter which one hard wood, carpet, tile.. anything I highly reccomend baystate rug to anyone who wants good quality flooring
