I had a very positive experience at Bay State in Woburn. My therapist, Rachael, provided excellent care and helped me with a foot problem that had persisted after attempted treatment at 2 other PT practices. She is knowledgeable, on time, accessible and accommodating re appointments. As an added benefit, she also solved a shoulder issue I was having by quickly correcting my swimming stroke. It's nice to have the option of pool therapy which is offered at this facility.
If you want hands-on competent physical therapy, you’ve found the perfect place. This is a friendly, layed-back facility where every physical therapist work together to heal your injury while accommodating your personal schedule; even if that means switching up therapists from time to time. I highly recommend this facility.
