I am very grateful that I came to Bay State PT. Rachel was my therapist, and she gave me specific exercises that really increased my strength, especially in my legs. I am now in the process of starting to use a cane rather than a walker. Apparently, I was overusing certain muscles, and when other muscles were strengthened, then I didn’t overuse the usual ones. Great facility with an excellent staff. My PT is Kevin and he’s wonderful! He knows exactly when I need to be pushed and when he needs to back off! The exercises he gives me are perfect for my recovery. I’ll be cane free by next week! Thank you Kevin!
