I highly recommend this place if you have in your back. I made an MRI and showed disk inflammation I was afraid to go through injection and in my back. I arrived in severe pain and the doctor waited for me. I didn’t feel the needle and it was very fast I really recommend them.

I've been working with Bay State Pain for a number of years now due to a complex chronic disease. I find Dr Algendi and his staff to be very helpful. His approach is not to simply medicate you, but to offer a range of solutions. If you're interested in getting quality pain manegment with a helpful staff, I recommend Bay State Pain. If you're looking for a pill mill this isn't your place, it's responsible pain management.
Terrible atmosphere, 90 degrees in there no water in the water machine or cups, 6x6 room no air, quick dry consult , no encouragement that they would be able to help me feel better. Staff unfriendly not one smile in the place.... don’t they get these patients are in extreme pain? Would not recommend this place in the least bit.

I have been seeing Dr Algendy for over 17 Years. I started seeing him when he didn’t even have an office, he worked out of Brockton Hospital. I must say he is the best pain specialist I have ever seen and I have seen a lot of them.
