Claim was never executed because the insured individual ended up paying for the damages from their own pocket, not through the insurance. When the insured sourced a new provider, the insured was notified that of a history of claim that's why disqualify for the discount. I am an independent insurance agent & have worked with Andover Companies for over 10 years. They are a carrier that takes pride in the coverages they offer & the services they provide. It's very easy to deal with them on an agent basis & our customers that have them as their carrier are also pleased with their service.
