Amazing customer service. I reached out about our A/C being out on a 100 degree day and Bay state arrived that afternoon to fix the A/C. My family and I are so greatful. Highly recommend!
Your heat and A/C always go out at the worst time. Bay State has always been there to get it back up when it goes down. I use them at work and home.
