Dr. Pretchl helped resolve an issue I'd been having for years. I'm very grateful for her attentiveness during each appointment. She always took the time to listen and to provide detailed instructions on after-care following each treatment.
My teenage boys both needed to be seen for acute problems with a very tight window of availability. Other offices we called were dismissive when we called, but not Bay State. Dr. Pretchl understood our predicament and was able to squeeze them in and relieve their pain. We are deeply appreciative and know where we'll go next time we need a podiatrist. Thank you!
