Staff was rude inconsistent and gave a nasty attitude like they could careless about what we were trying to say. Yelled at us and told us we needed to learn how to do our jobs. and that if we couldn't she could do it for us. When we reached out to our manager the office woman sat on the desk with the phone on hold and refused to answer. Would not let us accompany our client and demanded we tell her where we are from. Said we were not meant to work in a home and obviously we were slower than the client.
Took my father there today for his footcare. Great customer service, small personable staff, and eased my father's worries. I'd recommend them!! 5 stars
