My exam went fantastic! All my questions were answered completely. I'm giving only 3 stars because of the women working in the "store". One of them actually made eye contact, and deliberately turned her back to me. I have prescription in hand, so I can choose frames, and order lenses elsewhere.
They never contact you to let you know when your glasses are ready. Even when you call them, they promise to call back after checking and they never do. Just because it is paid for by insurance doesn't mean you should treat people without dignity. My son has been without his glasses for weeks and now just to pick it up, they want me to schedule an appointment 5 days away. So inconsiderate. I will make a report to the insurance. Gave me the wrong prescription. Didn’t have contacts for me to try on at the contact fitting I paid for. Then they couldn’t take me for another week after messing up. Then the doctor just left because they told me I couldn’t be more than 10 min late. When the only reason I was coming back was because they messed up my first appointment. Horrible horrible horrible
