These people do not know what they're doing. I order green contacts, they gave me honey, then the doctor wants to get on the phone and call people an idiot. Worst of all, they gave both my eyes the same prescription so they didn't have to do the extra work. They need to be shut down!!!

One and a half stars would be my rating. BSE has REALLY gone downhill. Less seating in the reception area, no reading material. I was kept waiting nearly 45 minutes for my appointment and it seems as though patients were double booked. I didn't have my regular optometrist Dr. Anazaldi and wasn't informed ahead of time. Dr. Damyanova was good but I would have preferred to have seen the doctor I've seen for over 20 years. It took three weeks for my glasses to show up. Bad service, dirty office, unaccommodating tech's, and Dr Anzaldi, you fucking coward....You should have your ass kicked! Worst experience ever!
